CONTACT Software GmbH   After completing his studies in fine mechanics in Ulm, Mr. Eckstein began his career in the development center of Robert Bosch GmbH in Schwieberdingen. His advisory role at Nixdorf Computer AG included the comprehensive topic of application and standard parts management and further extended across several different stations at Siemens AG for PDM, PLM and Knowledge Management. A further focal point was the encompassing project management as well as its encompassing controlling and evaluation mechanisms. Aside from being certified as Project Director of large project management according to the PMI guidelines, for years he lead the development environments for SAP and PLM projects with 100+ servers. Since 2007 he is responsible for the development of the Competence Center South with sales and professional service resources including Switzerland and Austria at CONTACT Software GmbH.
